culture to be raised
in Russian
We will be united into
one single country
Hi, my contemporary
from Azerbaijan!
If this trend continues,
we will always have enemies
I have neither hatred
nor fear inside of me
Hello, Baku! - from Yerevan
to my contemporary
It is desirable
that no conflicts should exist
Not to live with the past,
that is what matters more!
I am writing to you and have
no idea how you will react
It is most important to be
open and frank
A letter addressed
to the russian language teachers
in Azerbaijan
The role of the general educational system
aimed at overpassing
an Armenian-Azerbaijanian conflict

I think tink tanks is not only new to Caucasus but it is not known elsewhere too. The sneocd point is that people use different terms, maybe there is an agency, which functions as think-tank, but is not known so. Finally, think-tanks are common in those societies where outsourcing public policy is exercised, whereas in FSU no one even talks about it. So, give it some time...
