Why does the mission of public activists and the intelligence conclude not as much in supporting the constructive spirit in a difficult post war period, as in preventing the situation of inertia when even specific active steps of the community the kind of activists come to power that bring grief and sorrow to their own community.

Born in 1960 in town Kirovakan (now Vanadzor), in a family of employees. 1977 Left secondary school N13 in Kirovakan. 1981 Graduated from the Institute of National Economics in Yerevan and acquired a qualification of an economist.
1981-88 Worked at state enterprise "Yerhatsar" as an expert on merchandise, shop manager, senior economist, head of the department of work and salary. 1989-92 Worked as a reporter in the department of advertisements and announcements of Armenian TV and Radio State Committee. 1992-95 Chief director of bread and confectionary trade-production union in Yerevan. 1995-2000 Director of state enterprise "Yerhatsar". 2000-2003 Executive director of the open joint-stock company "Bread-baking plant N7".
From the March of 2004 to June 2008 Secretary of the political board of Liberal Progressive Party of Armenia (LPPA). From the August of 2007 Chairman of NGO "Democracy, prosperity, security" ("DEMPROS"). From the June of 2008 to the October of 2008 Chairman of LPPA. From the October of 2008 Member of DLPA after reunion LPPA with DLPA (Democratic Liberal Party of Armenia).
