This is a very successful film. Before I saw it, I thought that if a Turk has a gun in his hands, that means he is going to go kill people, but now I understand that it’s not so. I understood that a Turk also has the ability to do good deeds. (Hovik Veranyan, 14 years old)

authors about the film

We cannot exit out of that chaos, because we cannot break free of the thought that success awaits us. We make money… by planning out our route, constantly in contradiction with ourselves. There are thousands of people with the same feelings, with the same difficulties, with the same worries. We don’t know what we are afraid of.

jury's opinion

It seems, the heroes of the film are residents of Yerevan, and they talk about Yerevan and our concerns and our spiritual worries. I cannot imagine how it would be possible for us to have so much in common? This film is about us, and that’s why I vote for this film. (Ani Ayrapetyan, 21 years old)

An old and lonely man is walking on the streets of Istanbul, and he fills up his loneliness by socializing with perfect strangers.

jury's opinion

The film is about a weird old man, who is selling one shoe without the pair. Seems as though no one will ever buy it, but the shoe does find a buyer. And the buyer is a one legged man. It’s good when what seems to be a useless thing, becomes useful. The hero of the film, that lonely old man is somehow similar to the shoe that he was selling. (Manvel Gulpanyan, 15 years old)

author about the film

I don't know what to write especially for Armenian audience? I think the philosophy of BEYINSIZ suits to our planet. I didn't point any country or any society. It is a common global problem :)

jury's opinion

I liked almost all the films, but specifically this one reflects our reality better then the rest. The tragedy of stupidity and the lack of a personal opinion are demonstrated very well in this film. (Mariam Gishyan, 15 years old)

A right to hate is used by those who commit atrocities. Faced with an atrocity if one remains silent, one will become a part of the atrocity committed. One has to take action, through peaceful protest, and refuse to be part of the atrocity, and condemn the atrocity, condemning the right to hate.

I vote for this film. Hrant Dink loved Armenians and the Armenian people had the obligation to trust him. This faith and hope were interrupted by his death. (Narek Aghababian, 15 years old)
